How Lavidya works

Lavidya works like your own media buying agency: it learns your brand, proposes a plan, then creates and runs everything — posts, ads, landing pages, video — and reports back. Best of all, it keeps learning from your results and improves on its own. No technical knowledge required.

Getting started

You can be up and running in under 5 minutes. Here is the quickest path:

1

Create your account

Sign up with your email or Google. No credit card needed to start.

2

Build your brand kit

Give us your website or a short description — AI drafts your brand voice, audience personas, messaging pillars, and colors. You approve it once; everything follows it.

3

Approve your marketing plan

Answer three questions — goal, monthly budget, how hands-on you want to be — and AI proposes a 30-day channel plan you can adjust and approve.

4

Connect a platform

Go to Connections and link your Facebook Page or Instagram Business account. This is what Lavidya posts to.

5

Launch your first campaign

Describe the offer, pick what to create — posts, ad creatives, paid ads, a landing page, video — preview a sample post, and launch.

Brand Studio

The brand kit is the single source of truth every post, image, ad, and landing page follows — like the brand book a real agency builds first.

Give a website URL or describe your business — AI reads it and drafts the full kit.
The kit covers tone of voice (with do/don't rules), audience personas, messaging pillars, and a 3-color palette.
Upload your logo and product photos — photos are rotated through posts instead of AI images.
AI-generated images use exactly your brand colors. Edit any field any time, or hit "Rebrand with AI".

Marketing Plan

The agency proposal: a 30-day channel plan built from your brand kit and three answers.

You choose the goal (leads, traffic, awareness), a monthly ad budget ($0 = organic only), and auto-pilot vs review-first.
AI proposes posts-per-week per channel, a daily ad spend, content pillars, and concrete success metrics.
Everything is editable before you approve — drag the numbers, drop a channel, rewrite a pillar.
Once approved, new campaigns inherit the plan automatically: channels, budget, and publishing mode come pre-filled.

Campaigns

A campaign is one offer or goal — a product launch, a Ramadan discount, an event — and everything created for it. The wizard has four quick steps: brief, what to create, where & when, preview.

Writing a good brief

The brief describes this specific offer — your brand kit already handles voice and style. A few tips:

Be specific — "3-day cooking workshop for parents" beats "cooking class"
Mention the key benefit or offer — "recipes included, 50% off this week"
Add a landing page URL if you have one — or let Lavidya generate one for you
Use the "Optimize with AI" button to let AI improve your draft brief

What should we create?

Pick any mix of deliverables — like briefing your agency:

Social posts — a month of on-brand posts, written, designed, and scheduled by AI.
Ad creatives — 3 standalone image ads + captions in your brand palette, saved as drafts you control.
Paid ads — a Facebook/Instagram ad reaching people who don't follow you yet. You set the daily budget.
Video — a short vertical promo reel generated from your brief, saved as a draft to download.
Landing page — a one-page site for the offer, hosted for you — posts and ads link to it automatically.

Paid ads cost your daily budget plus a 20% service fee billed from your token wallet. The fee covers campaign management, optimisation, and AI-generated creative.

Publishing modes

Auto-publish — AI picks the best time and publishes without asking you. You can still edit or delete any post from the Post Library.
Review first — Every post sits in a queue until you approve it. Gives you full control but requires daily check-ins.

Preview before you launch

Before anything is generated in bulk, the last wizard step writes one real sample post from your brief and shows it as a mock ad in your brand style, next to a cost summary. Regenerate it as many times as you like — only "Launch campaign" starts the full production.

Posts & scheduling

AI generates a month of posts from your campaign brief. Each one gets a caption, a generated or uploaded image, and a scheduled time.

Every post follows your brand voice and rotates through your plan's content themes, so the month feels varied and on-brand instead of repetitive. Posting volume per platform and the exact times all come from your plan and your real results — see "Smart & automated" below.

You can edit any post before it goes live. Open the Post Library, click a post, and update the text or swap the image. Changes are saved instantly.

To publish a post immediately, use the "Publish now" button inside the post editor. Otherwise posts publish at the scheduled time automatically.

Landing pages & video

Two deliverables that used to need a designer and an editor — now one checkbox each in the campaign wizard.

Landing pages

AI writes a full one-page site for your offer — headline, benefits, about, closing push — in your brand colors and logo, with full Arabic right-to-left support. It goes live instantly on a public link you can share anywhere.

No website? No problem. If your campaign has no destination URL, the landing page becomes it — your posts and paid ads automatically send people there.

Video

AI turns your brief into a short vertical promo reel — scene, camera movement, and mood are directed automatically to match your brand. The finished video appears on the campaign page as a draft you can watch and download, ready for reels and stories.

Smart & automated

This is what makes Lavidya an agency, not just a post generator. Once your campaign is live, it keeps working every single day — writing, publishing, optimising, and getting smarter from your real results. You do nothing; it just improves.

Everything below runs automatically in the background. Every decision the AI makes is written to your campaign's activity log in plain language, so you can always see what it did and why.

It learns your real audience

You don't have to guess who your customer is. Every night, Lavidya reads what actually happened — who engaged, who converted, and when — and updates itself:

Best audience — it discovers the age and gender that actually convert and automatically narrows your paid-ad targeting to them, so your budget stops reaching the wrong people.
Best times — it finds the hours your audience actually responds and reschedules your posts to those peak times.
Best channel balance — if Instagram is outperforming Facebook, it quietly shifts more of your posts there.

It only acts on real signal — it waits until there's enough data to be sure, so it never chases noise. On a brand-new account it stays broad until your results tell it otherwise.

Live trends — Lavidya checks what's trending today in your target country and weaves a trend into a post only when it genuinely fits your offer — never forced, and never about tragedy, politics, or religion.
Seasonal calendar — it knows the moments that matter — Ramadan, Eid, Black Friday, New Year, national days — and prepares your posts ahead of time so you're never late to a selling season.
Not every post — it's deliberately selective, so your feed feels natural — not like it's chasing every hashtag.

It doubles down on what works

Learns your best posts — it studies your highest-engagement posts and uses what worked — the tone, the angle, the length — to write better ones, without copying them.
Promotes your winners — when an ad starts to tire, instead of guessing, it puts your best-performing organic post behind the ad budget.

It manages your ad spend like a buyer

Your paid ads are watched and adjusted every day, the way a media buyer would:

Pauses or refreshes ads with weak click-through before they waste budget.
Scales up the winners — raises budget on ads that are converting.
Cools down bleeders — cuts budget on ads that spend without results.
Stays within budget — it never lets your combined ad spend go past the monthly budget in your plan.

It refreshes your plan every month

At the start of each month, Lavidya revisits your marketing plan with everything it has learned. On auto-pilot it updates your content themes, goals, and channel mix for you. If you prefer to stay in control, it simply lets you know it's a good time to review.

Monthly report

The Report page is your monthly agency meeting: what ran in the last 30 days, what it cost, and what to do next.

Posts published, ad spend, impressions, clicks with CTR, and leads — at a glance.
A breakdown of publishing volume per platform and your latest published posts.
Hit "AI recommendations" and your AI media buyer reads the numbers and suggests concrete next moves — budget shifts, channel changes, content angles.

Platform connections

Lavidya connects to your social accounts via secure OAuth. We never store your password.

Facebook — Connect your Facebook Pages. Lavidya posts directly to the page.
Instagram — Instagram Business accounts linked to a Facebook Page. Personal accounts are not supported.

If your Instagram says "not connected" after authorising, check that your Instagram is switched to Business or Creator mode and linked to a Facebook Page in Meta Business Settings.

Tokens & billing

Lavidya uses a token system. Tokens are consumed when AI generates content — posts, images, videos, landing pages, plans. Paid ad spend is billed separately in USD from the same wallet.

Each post generated costs tokens from your balance; AI images and videos add a fixed token cost per item.
Buy tokens in the Wallet section using EGP via Paymob or PayTabs.
10 tokens per 1 EGP. Minimum purchase: 100 EGP.
Paid ad campaigns deduct your daily budget + 20% fee from the wallet in USD.

Languages

Lavidya generates content in English, Arabic, or both — alternating per post.

Arabic posts are fully right-to-left with correct grammar and phrasing, not just translated English. Images for Arabic campaigns include Arabic text overlaid on the visual.

The app interface itself can be switched between English and Arabic from the Settings page.
